Mr. Narendra Malhotra has over 30 years of rich, cross cultural experience in F&B retail and has worked with some of the leading brands of India. He started his career as a Management Trainee with Welcome group and worked at Chola Sheraton, Chennai. He has served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The Leela Kempinski, Mumbai and Food & Beverage Manager at The Hilton in Delhi. He has worked at The Paragon Hotel in London as Food and Beverage Director as well and played a vital role in streamlining operations. Before he took charge at Oriental Cuisines, he was Chief Executive, F & B Services, and Reliance Retail.

Mr. Narendra Malhotra took over as CEO of the Restaurant and Food Division at Dodsal Corporation Pvt Ltd and led the company to establish 41 stores across the country and brought about significant changes in processes. He then went on to head the Food and Restaurant Division at Pantaloons Retail India Limited as President where he was instrumental in setting up food courts, kiosks, and concepts like Your Kitchen and Live Bakery. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Pusa, and New Delhi..

Mr. Narendra Malhotra was COO of Olive Bar & Kitchen and which has brands like Olive, Soda Bottle Opener, Pantry Bar, Fatty Bao, Guppy, Toast & Tonic among others.

Our growth engines have been The French Loaf - Confectionery & Bakery and Wangs Kitchen the Casual Dining chains in India with 40 plus outlets. We are one of the largest company-owned bakery chains in India with 55 plus outlets and still growing.

He has proven that both The French Loaf and Wangs Kitchen is a viable and expandable business model.
